Official Safety Notices
- Tires and rim strips: CPSC recall 23-709 covers affected RadWagon 4 bikes and certain replacement tires. It instructs owners to stop using recalled bikes and contact Rad for the tire and rim-strip remedy. Read the CPSC recall.
- Battery warning: CPSC’s November 24, 2025 warning identifies battery models RP-1304, RAD-S1304Y and HL-RP-S1304, including batteries supplied with some RadWagon 4 bikes. CPSC says to stop using affected batteries and follow its removal and hazardous-waste guidance. Read the full warning and identification instructions. Contact your local hazardous-waste facility before transporting an affected battery; do not put it in household trash or ordinary recycling.

Preparing for Service
Share the model year, service records, recall-remedy documentation and details of any replacement battery, brakes, tires or accessories. Tell us about water exposure, impact damage or charging concerns before arranging transport.
Agreed checks may cover brakes, tires, wheels, spokes, bearings, drivetrain, frame, cargo equipment and accessible wiring. We confirm the fitted components and applicable instructions before recommending parts or adjustments.
What an Inspection Can Establish
A report documents the checks performed, findings and limitations. It does not establish remaining battery capacity or certify that every hidden fault has been ruled out. We do not open battery packs or perform cell-level repairs.
